When the giveaway is closed, we will announce the winner(s) on our social media. Soon after, we will contact them via direct message to inform them on how to redeem the prize.
CAN I POST ABOUT MY PRIZE ON SOCIAL MEDIA?
Yes, you can, unless we asked not to disclose any pictures or information regarding your prize. (This is mostly the case when you won a product that has not been released yet and is for your eyes only).

Due to Covid-19, order fulfillment may experience delays. The processing time may be extended beyond the average period of 48 hours. The Laurette Team will do everything in its power to make sure your order is on its way as soon as possible.

WILL MY ORDER GET TO MY REGION?
Unless stated otherwise, all orders will be sent to the countries mentioned on our Shipping & Return page. Please keep in mind that some orders may experience a delay of more than three days (after the processing of your order was completed).
We advise all customers to check this page to ensure a more accurate estimated time of arrival of their order. If a country experiences a shipping delay of more than five days, we will list them below.
The regions that are currently experiencing a delay of more than 5 days are the following:
- EU Zone 1: None
- EU Zone 2: UK
We are working closely with our shipping partners to minimize any delay on your order and will inform you if needed.
WHY DID MY ORDER GET CANCELLED?
Due to Covid-19, it may occur that shipping in certain countries become unavailable. If this happens, the Laurette Team will inform you via email. After we confirmed the cancellation of your order, we will refund the total amount. Please note that the refund may take a few days before it becomes visible on your bank statement.
IS THERE A RISK OF CONTRACTING COVID-19 UPON UNBOXING MY ORDER?
Due to the strict rules regarding the work environment, provided by the Belgian government, the possibility of an infected person contaminating your order is low. We advise you to keep a safe distance from the deliverer when receiving your order, to always wash your hands thoroughly after unboxing your order and to avoid touching your face after receiving and opening your package.
