Does Laurette offer free shipping?

Shipping can sometimes cause unpleasant surprises if you’re located far away. To avoid this, Laurette offers free shipping on every order when a minimum amount is spent on our website. Simply add products to your shopping bag until you reach the required amount for free shipping.

Depending on your location, the minimum required amount is as follows:

  • Europe Zone 1*: € 75
  • Europe Zone 2*: € 150

How does shipping and delivery work?

After a quick celebration on completing your order, a few things are set in motion on our end.

Once an order is placed, the Laurette Team will get to work and carefully collect your ordered items. Please leave up to 48 hours for our team to pack your order, as this process is carried out with care.

Our orders will be sent out once we gathered all items and prepared them for a safe trip to you.

As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a confirmation via email, along with a trace-and-trace link so you can follow the entire route of your order.

How much is shipping?

If you’re looking to buy only a few items, chances are you’ll miss out on free shipping. In that case, a fee is charged at checkout to get your order safely to you. This amount is provided to us by our courier, who will get our orders out as soon as possible.

Depending on your location, the shipping costs are as follows:

– Europe Zone 1: € 10.00

– Europe Zone 2: € 20.00

Do I have to give a signature upon receiving my order?

This depends on the local carrier of the customer.  

When the customer is not able to sign upon accepting the order (due to Covid-19 safety measures), the courier will sign off on the delivery and place the order at a safe distance for the customer to inspect and accept the products.

We do offer the additional service to ask for a signature upon receiving your order. It acts as proof that the order got delivered correctly. Find out more about additional shipping services in our shipping policy.
